It’s been online since September. The title — “Deplorables of the World Unite” – takes Hillary’s snarky remark about Trump supporters , turning her words into a slogan of pride for people everywhere. After Hillary Clinton’s “health scare” on Sunday, even the Washington Post’s prominent politics blogger did an abrupt about-face, declaring that the Democrat nominee’s health just became a “real issue in the presidential campaign.” And the Post’s Chris Cillizza wasn’t alone in his admission that he was, essentially, wrong to dismiss with extreme prejudice earlier concerns…
“Right now,” the columnist warned, “I am petrified that Hillary is almost totally dependent on Republicans nominating Trump.” Sounds right. It always pays to be lucky, rather than good – or sincere.
